Carmel Winery

Carmel Winery is the historic winery of Israel, founded by Baron Edmond de Rothschild in 1882. It has made wine throughout three centuries, never missing a harvest. The main winery is at Zichron Ya’acov, which is situated on the southern slopes of Mount Carmel. It has deep underground cellars and refurbished cement tanks, combined with the cutting edge of new technology. Carmel’s vineyards cover the land of Israel.
